Java Ryde– For all you early birds out there… This 45 minute ryde is sure to wake you up and get you moving for the day.
Joy Ryde– This 45 minute class is designed for those ryders who want to get their heart rates up, and some calories burned at a lower intensity level than our Real Ryde classes. You will be rocking out to some great music, and having a lot of fun in a non-intimidating atmosphere.
Real Ryde– Designed for all fitness levels, this 45 minute ryde is guaranteed to give you that 5-in-1 workout for the WHOLE body. Not simply legs and cardio, but upper body, core muscles, and balance as well.
Cycle Circuit– This 60 minute class will include 30 minutes of cycling and 30 minutes of strength training. This great workout combination will push your cardiovascular levels and increase your lean muscle development as well as core strength!
Cycle Fusion– Come in and blast away calories for 30 minutes on the bike, followed by 15-20 minutes of "mat work" - combining yoga, Pilates, and basic flexibility exercises.
